Edmonton Real Estate

the difference is in the details

Buying Your First Home Isn't As Hard As You May Think!

What if you knew that you could own your own home by putting little, if any, money down, reap all the tax advantages of home ownership and pay no more in mortgage payments than you are presently paying in rent?

Renters are often intimidated by lenders, and are concerned that a less than stellar credit history will stand in their way of home ownership. While not all credit issues are able to be resolved, many are, and a mortgage broker can show you how. Mortgage brokers do not charge, and are an excellent source of information regarding mortgage options. Their job is to find their client a lender that will give them a mortgage at the lowest interest rate as well as provide options regarding loan consolidation, if necessary.

Buyers are often unaware that when purchasing real estate the Seller pays the Buyer’s portion of the REALTOR® commission? That’s right, the seller takes this approach in order to market their home. I would welcome the opportunity to sit down with you and discuss how to make your dream of home ownership a reality. You will receive all the service and dedication of an agent at no cost to you.

Don’t let intimidation keep you locked into a life of monthly rental payments that will leave you with no equity; ultimately the only person you are helping to get ahead… is your landlord.

Warm regards,
